Why give?
We get no additional funds from the Church of England, or anywhere else. All our income comes from church members, or our own fundraising activities.
Our income is used to pay our parish share – which funds clergy and training, plus other support from from the Diocese, to pay wages, maintain the building, for outreach to the community and to support other charities including our four Mission Partners.
How to Give
We are now charged by the bank for processing cash and cheques. Please can we encourage regular givers to use standing orders or bank transfers where possible. This also helps with our financial planning.
Regular and one-off Donations
To set up astanding order, please contact the Parish Office
If you are a UK taxpayer, we may be also able to claim Gift Aid on your donation.
Give As You Shop… without it costing a penny more!
We’ve also registered St Peter’s Church, Yeovil with #easyfundraising, which means over 4,000 shops and sites (including Amazon, EBay, John Lewis and many others) will now donate to us for FREE every time you use #easyfundraising to shop with them. These donations will help SO MUCH, so please sign up to support us – it’s completely FREE and doesn’t take long. Go to www.easyfundraising.org.uk. We also get £5 for everyone who signs up!
