We meet on Sundays at 9am, and in small groups throughout the week. You are welcome to join us at any of our congregations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re new to the church, we\u2019d love to get to know you. Fill in a Welcome Card at any of our\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.stpeters-yeovil.org.uk\/?page_id=93\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sunday services<\/a>, or contact us using the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.stpeters-yeovil.org.uk\/?page_id=264\">online form<\/a>. You\u2019ll find information at the church, and on this website, about special events, groups for children and youth, and regular courses for those exploring Christian faith. We also hold occasional newcomers\u2019 evenings to which we would like to invite you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re glad that you are interested in St Peter&#8217;s and look forward to getting to know you better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What to expect at St Peter\u2019s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Going to a church for the first time can be intimidating, but we\u2019ll make every effort to make sure that your first and following visits are happy and enjoyable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Will I have to stand up and introduce myself?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No, you won\u2019t be put on the spot, but there will be the chance to meet other worshippers and the church leaders before and after the services. There\u2019s coffee, tea and biscuits at every service!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How should I dress?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re proud of our friendly and casual atmosphere. Don\u2019t worry about what you\u2019re wearing \u2013 there are no dress codes. Just dress the way you feel most comfortable, whether that\u2019s in a pair of jeans or a suit and a tie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Where do I park?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There\u2019s a small car park for disabled parking only, however there is plenty of on-street parking nearby. If you park on one of the nearby streets, please make sure that you park with consideration for our neighbours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What about children?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Children are welcome at any of our services. The 9am service has children\u2019s groups every week.  We have a creche area with mat and toys at every morning service for small children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As well as our Sunday school, we have a <strong>Messy Church&nbsp;<\/strong>on the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Saturday of every month 10.30-12.30. We also host a number of youth groups throughout the week and, together with our sister church, St James&#8217; on Preston Road, run 3 midweek baby and toddler groups.
